Refund Policy

Final Sale:

Due to the bespoke nature of our artworks, which are uniquely crafted and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. No refunds can be issued for a change of mind after a purchase.

Faulty Artworks:

If you received your artwork in a defective state or it doesn’t fulfill its normal functions, kindly get in touch with us within 3 days. We would require you to supply us with the details of the fault and potentially return the defective artwork to us within a reasonable duration for examination.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Should you need to return your order due to a fault, please note that customers are solely responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning the product for our scrutiny. Furthermore, we will not provide refunds for return postage, even if the product is verified to be defective upon examination. Please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. Ramloet is not responsible for any customs charges levied on the returned parcel. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

A copy of the invoice must be enclosed together with the parcel. The items must be sent as a parcel with a Track & Trace number as this guarantees that the items will arrive at their destination. It is not an option to return your order as a parcel without a tracking number.
Please remember to keep your tracking number as a documentation that the items have been sent. We may retain the refund until we have received the returned items or until we have received documentation that the items have been returned.

When we have received the items and approved the return we will transfer the full purchase amount to your account within 10 business days. The cost of all items returned will be refunded, however the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Changes to Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to change this refund policy anytime we deem fit. Any significant changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on our website.
