Processing and Delivery Time:

All orders are processed and ready for shipping after 1–3 business days of completion. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Shipping times vary by destination as listed below:

• Within New Zealand: Free, estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days.

• Australia: Estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days.

• Worldwide: Estimated delivery time of 10–21 business days.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Damages in Transit: If the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to: info@ramloet.com. Please include your order number, name and pictures of the damage in your email. Remember to save the original product packaging as in the case of a complaint or damage the product must be returned in its original packaging.

International Shipping:

Currently, our online platform is set up to process orders Worldwide. If you are located in a country not listed and wish to make a purchase, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options and costs.

Other Regulations:

Please be aware that duties and taxes are typically not included in the product price and may be charged upon delivery. Unfortunately we have no way to estimate these for you in advance as they are levied by the destination country's authorities. It is the customer's responsibility to clear these charges with the appropriate authorities.
